New semi-automatic rifles for Canadian snipers are on their way!

The new C20 weapon will be the new primary weapon of choice for the renowned sniper teams of the Canadian Armed Forces. These new weapons and related attachments will provide better accuracy at longer ranges, and are manufactured in Canada. Final deliveries are expected in early 2021.

The Colt Canada C20 DMR is a semi-automatic 7.62×51mm NATO designated marksman rifle created by Colt Canada that uses 20-round box magazines. It has also been bought by the Danish Armed Forces to replace the Heckler & Koch HK417, the first Danish rifles are set to be delivered in the first quarter of 2021.
