Slightly smaller than the Dragon Egg®, the Dust® is 20-liter capacity backpack useful for both EDC and basic patrol missions or tactical duties.
The Dust® features a hydration bladder pocket accessed from the top behind the shoulder straps. It also features a padded pouch inside the main compartment that can be used for safely carrying a radio, or a notebook, laptop or tablet PC (up to 15’’ screen).
The front zipped pocket includes a transparent map pocket, Velcro closed mesh pocket and an organizer pocket for small essentials.
Additional side pockets can carry small and flat items – and also can be expanded, after unzipping, to fit a Nalgene-sized bottle or standard U.S. canteen.
The laser-cut system compatible with MOLLE/PALS makes the backpack not only fully modular, but also maintains a sleeker, low-profile shape.
The pack’s suspension system is based on a combination of comfortable shoulder straps and an internal stiffener in the back. It also incorporates the patented Combat Vent System® – an innovative ventilation system that provides increased comfort for the user. Made of contoured foam pieces with multiple air channels encased in highly breathable mesh fabric , the Combat Vent System® keeps the pack off the back. This enhances air circulation preventing heat build-up and sweating, while the stiff foam ensures comfort and stability.
Made of durable 500D Cordura® nylon fabric with water resistant coating and PU backing; the Dust is available in Coyote Brown, Black, Olive Drab, Ranger Green, Camogrom, Polish Woodland, Kryptek, and PenCott BadLands, and GreenZone.
